Is this a bug in Storyline 360 or PlayerLync?

PlayerLync acts as a "player" for eLearning courses. The eLearning courses themselves has complex logic and there may be a bug in the Storyline software. As a general rule of thumb, if you are able to open and play the course then the bug may reside with Storyline. If this is the case you can review the release notes from Articulate to determine if your bug has been resolved in a later software version.
