PLAYLISTS OVERVIEW
Playlists provide a way to deliver content to members in an easy to use list. Content types can be combined and there are no limits to the number of items you can add to a playlist. The playlist will still honor tracking of content and form / course completions.

Fullscreen: Use this option to hide things on the screen to help with focus when creating the playlist Live View: This will open a new browser tab and show you a live view of the playlist Cancel: Changed your mind about edits? CREATE A PLAYLIST
1. Navigate to Team Manager and select the Playlists tab
2. Click on Create Playlist
3. Fill out a title for the Playlist then optionally enter a description, category and any tags you'd like to add
4. Click Create New Playlist and wait until the save has completed.
5. Tab 2 will take you to the Playlist builder where you can click the + button to search for content.
Once you've finished your design and addition of items to the playlist, continue with the next steps...
6. Navigate to the Publish/Access tab
7. Determine where and to whom you would like to publish the playlist
a. Choose the top-level row/column for the PlayerLync app as well as any additional Team Manager tabs where you want the playlist to show up.
Click save once done with these options.
b. Optionally assign the playlist to one or more groups. Make sure to click Save Assigned Groups once finished with options.
Note: The Everyone group is assigned by default and cannot be removed unless another group is added. There must be at least one group assigned
8. Navigate to the Links/QR tab
9. From here you can see the playlist file location as well as the link. You can also copy the Content Link for use in other areas.
10. To activate the QR code for this playlist, add a title and/or description. Click on "Yes" if you want managers of the system to be able to print this QR Code. Then click on the save button. After it has been saved you can click the View QR Codes to print the list.
