ON-PREMISES SERVER REQUIREMENTS
In order to install PlayerLync on an on-premises server, the following hardware and software requirements must be met. Please contact PlayerLync Support with questions.
HARDWARE

- Physical or Virtual: Must be Microsoft Windows compatible

| Processors |
- Minimum: Dual-Core Intel Xeon 1.8GHz or better
|
| Memory |
- Minimum: 8GB RAM
- Recommended: 12GB RAM
|
| Storage |
- Minimum: 1-2TB usable hard drive space with two partitions
(OS / PlayerLync + Published content)
- How much storage your environment will depend on how much content is being published to devices

| Network |
- Minimum: 1 x Gigabit interface
- Recommended: 2 x Gigabit interfaces in a failover configuration for redundancy

SOFTWARE
| Operating System |
- 64-bit Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 or higher (with all current Windows Updates)
- No server roles should be applied prior to PlayerLync installation
- Please install ALL Windows Updates before providing server for installation

| Backup Software |
- PlayerLync recommends employing a backup solution
- Please install post-PlayerLync installation
|
| Antivirus Software |
- PlayerLync recommends employing a low-resource Antivirus solution
- Please install post-PlayerLync installation

LogMeIn - Remote Access used by PlayerLync to install and support platform.

Bomgar - Remote Access used by PlayerLync to install and support platform.

MySQL - The database utilized by PlayerLync. This will be installed by PlayerLync.
