When embedding videos into a Digital Form it is a best practice to compress the video first. When building a Digital Form, it will not automatically compress videos that are embedded in it. This will increase the overall size of your form. A larger size form will take longer to load and use more bandwidth if viewing the form using the Web App.

1. Publish the video to your Member
2. Wait for the video to finish transcoding
3. After the video has transcoded, right click on the video and select Download
4. Go back to Team Manager
5. Search for your form and click the Builder button
6. Insert a Media control onto your form
7. Select the Media control on your form and then click the Browse button on the left
8. Select the video you downloaded in the step above
9. Save your form
